2025-921ORDINANCE NO. 2025-921 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 3225 South US Highway 51 from B3, General Commercial District to R3, General Residence District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 42-332 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B3, General Commercial District to R3, General Residence District. PART OF THE NW. ¼ OF THE SW. ¼ OF SECTION 13, T.2N., R.12E., OF THE 4TH P.M., CITY OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE WEST 1/4 CORNER OF SAID SECTION 13; THENCE S00°09’44”E 725.59 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE S89°00’31”E 47.93 FEET TO A IRON REBAR MONUMENT; THENCE S00°06’06”E 269.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING FOR THE LANDS TO BE HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE S89°03’57”E 302 FEET TO A REBAR MONUMENT; THENCE S00°06’06”E A DISTANCE OF 294.35 FEET; THENCE N89°03’57”W A DISTANCE OF 302 FEET; THENCE N00°06’06”W A DISTANCE OF 294.35 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
