At that time -the following matter will be considered and action taken thereon as is considered appropriate: 1. Industrial Revenue Bond financing for Rath Manufacturing Co., Inc. The undersigned as the designee of the presiding officer of the above governmental body certify that I posted a copy of this document in the lobby of the Janesville Municipal Building and mailed a copyto the official newspaper of the City of Janesville on George A. Krueger City Clerk PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF JANESVILLE, WISCONSIN SPECIAL MEETING 5 March, 1975 Vol. 32 No. 35 Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville, held in the Municipal Building 5 March, 1975 at 5:00 P.M. Present: Council President Wood, Councilmembers Phillips, Weber, Rude and Karleski. Absent: Councilmembers Hall and Poppas. Council President Wood called the meeting to order at 5:04 P.M. for the purpose of consideration and any action taken on Industrial Revenue Bond financing for Rath Manufacturing Co., Inc. Attorney Tsruce Briney informed the Council that the financing would be for the purchase of new equipment to produce a new product beginning operations in May or June increasing employment by 10 to 12 people with possible expansion in the future. Councilmember Karleski made a motion to authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the memorandum of Agreement for the Industrial Revenue Bond financing for Rath Manufacturing Co., Inc. on behalf of the City. Motion seconded by Councilmember Rude and adopted unanimously. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:21 P.M. George A. Krueger City Clerk
