2025-918ORDINANCE NO. 2025-918 An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at 3203 South River Road to R1, Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as R1, Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District: Property located in the SW.1/4 of Section 15, T.2N., R.12E of the 4th P.M., Rock Township, Rock County, Wisconsin described as follows: Lot 16 and the South 83 feet of Lot 15 of Vobian Hills, a plat recorded in the Rock County Register of Deeds Office, Rock County, Wisconsin. SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
