Please note the following changes/clarifications to the bid documents.
This Addendum is issued to modify, explain, and amend the originally issued Specifications and Drawings dated
7/3/2024 and issued via QuestCDN on 7/3/2024. Addendum No. 1 issued and dated 7/25/2024, and Addendum
No. 2 issued and dated 7/29/2024 and is hereby made a part of the Contract Documents. Please acknowledge
receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may result in Bidder
disqualification.
Bidding RFI’s & Questions:
Drawing SP001 was duplicated in Addendum No. 1 and drawing SP105 is
missing.
Response: Revised drawing SP105 has been included with this Addendum.
In the addendum write-up drawing SP300 is in duplicate and there is no
write-up for SP301 even though a revised sheet is provided.
Response: A writeup describing the changes to SP301 is included below. SP301
is included in this Addendum again (no changes from the version released in
Addendum No. 1) for reference.
SP500 is provided with no write-up.
Response: A writeup describing the changes to SP500 is included below. SP500
is included in this Addendum again (no changes from the version released in
Addendum No. 1) for reference.
Detail 5 on Sheet C902 - Water Connection, Valve & Blow-Off. I cannot
seem to find anything specified on the Schroeder valve for the blowoff.
Can you let me know what is being used for this? Is it a simple ball valve
with a female adapter on the end to connect and drain the line in the
winter?
Response: Yes, a simple ball valve with a connection to a female adapter
Schroeder valve is all that is needed. The intent is to connect an air compressor
to the Schroeder valve to blow out the line for winterization.
An incorrect phone number was given for Globalcom Technologies, the
contact for security cameras, in Addendum No. 1.
