MEMBERS PRESENT: Rick Berry, Debi Doiel, Clyde Hoeser and Steve Hiser
KEMPERSPORTS: Steve Loomis and Jake Downing
ADMINISTRATION: Rebecca Smith
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Chairperson Steve Hiser at the Municipal
Building, First Floor Conference Room.
APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
The minutes of the September 14th, 2011 were approved on a motion by Clyde Hoeser
and seconded by Debi Doiel. This motion passed unanimously.
MANAGER’S REPORT
Steve Loomis stated that the month of August exceeded the projected budget overall which
was positive. Golf rounds were up 29%. The first 25 days of September has been
outstanding and the net income combined is over budget by $19,000. The second bridge
on #9 has been closed at Blackhawk Golf Course. KemperSports gave credit back to three
golfers for their annual pass because of personal reasons of the players. Jake Downing
saved $2,500 in September by controlling costs. Blackhawk Clubhouse had a glass door
broken overnight, but nothing was stolen. Riverside Golf Course hosted several
tournaments this year, including student tournaments.
MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA
Steve Hiser asked when his, Clyde Hoeser and Jan Bruss’ terms end. Rebecca Smith

informed them that the term ends on April 30, 2012.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:30PM on a motion by Clyde Hoeser and
seconded by Rick Berry. This motion passed unanimously.
