1. Review and approve notes from June 21, 2012.
2. Discuss and formulate priorities/a ranking system by which to evaluate the sidewalk
plan and to determine future retrofitting in existing neighborhoods and areas.

3. Discuss Council Agenda item for 2012 Program Scheduled for July 9.
4. Sidewalk financing: discussion and possible options.
5. Overlay committee’s priorities/ranking system to determine any needed changes to
the 2012 program.
6. Address 2013 and future years plans.
7. Schedule more meetings.
8. Public input (maximum of 10 minutes; no more than 2 minutes per person).
