Agenda Sidewalk Task Force Committee Meeting Agenda Wednesday, June 13, 2012 2:30 PM th Training Room #416 (Municipal Building – 4 Floor) 1. Review and approve notes from June 11, 2012. 2. Discuss and formulate priorities/a ranking system by which to evaluate the sidewalk plan and to determine future retrofitting in existing neighborhoods and areas. Refer to submittal from Scott Bever at 6/11/12 meeting. Pick up with “Sidewalk Criteria” and newly added #8 Address the gap – how long is a gap? 3. Sidewalk financing: discussion and possible options. 4. Overlay committee’s priorities/ranking system to determine any needed changes to the 2012 program. 5. Address 2013 and future years plans. 6. Determine if more meeting may be needed and, if so, schedule those. 7. Public input (maximum of 10 minutes; no more than 2 minutes per person).
