1. Review and approve notes from June 4, 2012.
2. Discuss and formulate priorities/a ranking system by which to evaluate the sidewalk
plan and to determine future retrofitting in existing neighborhoods and areas. Refer
to submittal from Scott Bever at 6/4/12 meeting and pick up with “Sidewalk Criteria
#3 Connectivity to the bike trail – Connections to existing bike trail inlets/outlets.”
3. Overlay committee’s priorities/ranking system to determine any needed changes to
the 2012 program.
4. Address 2013 and future years plans.
5. Determine if more meeting may be needed and, if so, schedule those.
6. Public input (maximum of 10 minutes; no more than 2 minutes per person).
