NEW BUSINESS 1. Action on a proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to convey the property located at 176 Lincoln Street to The Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, Inc. (File Res. No. 2012-909) 2. Action on a proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a developer’s agreement with the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, Inc. for the purpose of rehabilitating the home at 403 Lincoln Street under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. (File Res. No. 2012-919) 3. Action on a proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a facility use agreement with the Janesville School District. (File Res.
