Selection of Chairperson 3. Overview of materials being distributed (April 30, 2012 City Council Agenda Materials – available on website; and Pedestrian Safety Guide and Countermeasure Selection System’s Recommended Guidelines/Priorities for Sidewalks and Walkways). 4. Discussion of how to move forward. a. Timelines provided for the committee to report to City Council. b. Recommended process to be discussed. 5. Recommended Process to discuss. a. Initial meeting/overview b. Review of current plan & financing of plan c. Determine priority/ranking establishment for determining future retrofitting of sidewalks in existing neighborhoods/areas d. Walk streets in 2012 program e. Focus on the current 2012 year and overlay new ranking system to determine any changes to 2012 program. f.
