OLD BUSINESS None IV. NEW BUSINESS 1. Brian Gratz, owner of 2204 North Hawthorne Park Drive, is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance Section 18.32.030 A.12. in order to construct a 6 foot tall privacy fence within the corneryard setback area at approximately 11 feet from the property line along East Rugby Road. The code requires privacy fences above 30 inches in height to be setback 25 feet from any property line adjoining a street. 2. WI Housing Preservation Corporation, on behalf of Riverview Heights Apartments, is requesting a variance to Sign Ordinance Section 14.28.150 A.2. in order to replace an existing monument ground sign with a new monument sign at 930 North Washington Street. The code allows grounds signs in Sign District E to be no greater than 20 square feet in area and the new sign would be approximately 37.5 square feet. V. MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA VI. ADJOURNMENT
