Action on a proposed resolution authorizing the filing of an application in cooperation with the County of Rock with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for a lead hazard control grant. Action on a proposed resolution authorizing the terminating, dissolving and de-certifying of TIF District #14 and authorizing the City Clerk to distribute excess increment to overlying taxing districts. (File Res. No. 2011-808) 5. Action on a proposed resolution acknowledging the review of the Wastewater Utility 2010 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report. (File Res. No. 2011-807) 6. Introduce and schedule a public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending the City’s Wastewater Facility and Sewer Use ordinance in order to adjust hauled waste service charges. (File Ord.
