3. Action on a motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a TIF
development agreement with Hendricks Development for a project in TIF
#22.
4. Introduce and schedule a public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending
JGO Chapter 5.52 and Section 5.04.010 N. regulating junk dealers, second
hand dealers, second hand jewelry dealers, and pawnbrokers in the City of
Janesville with penalties as set forth in JGO 5.52.090 and 5.04.180.
