NEW BUSINESS
1. Action on a proposed resolution authorizing the City Manger to execute an
agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the
maintenance of a planned bicycle/pedestrian path along State Highway 26.

2. Schedule a Metropolitan Planning Organization Policy Board meeting.
3. Discussion and possible action on financial gain request for Fourth of July
event.
4. Refer to Plan Commission and schedule a public hearing on a proposed
resolution vacating a portion of Pliny Avenue south of Delavan Drive
(File Res. No. 2010-717)
5. Introduce and schedule a public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending
the list of connecting arterial streets. (File Ord. No. 2010-456)
6. Requests and comments from the public on matters which can be affected
by Council action.

8. Consideration of a motion to convene into closed session, pursuant to
Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(e), for the purpose of deliberating and
setting the negotiation and bargaining strategies, terms, and conditions for
a potential TIF 22 development agreement since competitive and/or
bargaining reasons require a closed session.
The use of audible cell phone ringers and active use and response to cellular
phone technology by the governing body, staff and members of the public is
discouraged in the Council Chambers while the Council is in session.
