Action on a proposed resolution granting a temporary limited easement for an encroachment of installation of ventilation equipment and facade construction for O’Riley & Conway’s Tavern, 214 West Milwaukee, affecting property at 200 West Milwaukee Street. (File Res. No. 2010-699) 2. Action on a proposed resolution accepting the 2010 Safe Routes to School Plan for elementary and middle schools in Janesville. (File Res. No. 2010-705) 3. Motion to waive notice of City Council special meeting (study session) regarding the Milwaukee Street traffic corridor (Wuthering Hills roundabout and bike trail crossing) scheduled for June 24 at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building in the Council Chambers. 9. Consideration of one or more motions to convene into closed session, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(e), for the purpose of deliberating and setting the negotiating and bargaining terms, conditions, and strategies for potential TIF District 14, 22, and 28 TIF development agreements since bargaining and/or competitive reasons require a closed session. The use of audible cell phone ringers and active use and response to cellular phone technology by the governing body, staff and members of the public is discouraged in the Council Chambers while the Council is in session.
