Closed Session – Consideration of a Motion to Convene in Closed Session Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute Section 19.85 (1) (f) to (A) Consider an Appeal to the CDA of an Client for a Home Improvement Program Loan; (B) Consider Approval of a Short Sale Request by Down Payment Program Participant to Satisfy their loan, Which the City of Janesville would have a Financial Interest In as a result of such a Loan.
