Action on a proposed resolution granting a utility easement on City property located at the southwest corner of North Parker Drive and Wall Street (downtown parking garage). (File Res. No. 2009-625) 3. Discussion and direction to staff on proceeding to bid an East Janesville water tower and related large diameter water mains. 4. Matters not on the Agenda. 5.
