NEW BUSINESS 1. Robert Likes, owner of 414 Somerset Drive is requesting a variance to COJ Zoning Code Section 18.36.020 B.3.e.iii in order to construct a screened room addition on top of an existing deck which is located on the rear of the home. Code requires roof-covered principal structures to have a minimum rear setback of 25 feet and the proposed addition would be approximately 17 feet from the rear property line. 2. Mark Boeche, owner of 4601 Glacier View Drive is requesting a variance to COJ Zoning Code Section 18.32.030 A.12 in order to install a six foot tall privacy fence along the rear lot line within the corner sideyard setback. Code requires fences within this setback to provide 50 percent visibility and the proposed fence would not. V. MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA VI. ADJOURNMENT
