2. Keynote 03 should reference detail 30/A301.
3. Keynote 10 should reference detail 06/A301.
4. Keynote 10 in the “Learn and Skate” storage area near Rink Manager 106 refers to the
countertop for the skate sharpener. The “L-shaped” area is to be adjustable melamine
shelving from floor to ceiling.
5. Keynote 11 should be located in room 116, NAHL Concessions. The relocated slatwall will
be mounted above the countertop on the back wall.
6. Sidelights shown adjacent to door 110 to be the tempered glass full height to top of door.
Exact dimensions to be verified with field conditions to align with new walls.
7. All new partitions to go to one course above finished ceiling, unless noted otherwise on
drawings.
B. Sheet A201 Reflected Ceiling Plan:
1. Rooms 102, 103, 104 and 105 to have moisture resistant GWB.
C. Sheet E401 Electrical Schedules:
1. Light Fixtures submitted by Spectrum Lighting dated May 6, 2009 shall be considered equal.
2. Light Fixtures submitted by Enterprise Lighting dated April 30, 2009 shall be considered
equal.

B. Asbestos Survey:
1. An asbestos survey will be made available to the successful contractors in accordance with

1. Weekly affidavits are not required as noted in Article 11. One will be required before final
payment.

1. Alternate A-1. Clarification – only plastic laminate countertops this area, no casework
anticipated for this space.
2. Alternate A-2. Clarification – should read “Premanufactured Casework and Plastic Laminate
Countertops located in Youth Hockey Concession Room”.
3. Alternate A-3. Clarification – should not note Skate Shelving as plastic laminate.
