Under lower level demolition plan; ductwork to be removed (approx. 4’-0”) at each end to allow masons to infill block construction. The balance of the ductwork to be removed by others in the future. C. Sheet M101 Enlarged First Floor HVAC, Mech. Piping and Plumbing Floor Plans: 1. Enlarged First Floor HVAC Plan a) Change to mount outside air louvers as low as possible, and exhaust louver as high as possible without interfering with the generator exhaust. b) Add to Keynote 2, that exhaust pipe should be extended up to be 10 feet clear of the outside air intake. D. Sheet E001 Demolition Plans: 1. Enclosure for existing transfer switch in Lower Level is to remain as a junction box. Install new life safety 100A transfer switch adjacent to existing enclosure. E. Sheet E101 First Floor Electrical Plan: 1. Equipment Connection 02 – Provide isolated ground in plugstrip with receptacles 6” on center, single circuit, Equal to Wiremold20IG606. Provide one 6’ plugstrip for each circuit called out. 2. The new fire suppression panel shall be monitored by the existing fire alarm system. F. Sheet E301 Electrical Details: 1. Oneline Diagram a) Eliminate new 400A circuit breaker in existing distribution panel. Provide enclosed circuit breaker and install in existing generator room adjacent to new 100A transfer switch utilizing the 10’ tap rule per the current NEC. Feed with four (4) 600 kcmil and #3 ground in 3 ½” EMT. G. Sheet E401 Electrical Schedules: 1. Panel GDP a) Provide 60A 3-pole circuit breaker to feed externally mounted TVSS. 2. Panels UPS1 and UPS2 a) Bus rating to be 200A for both panels with 175A main circuit breaker. b) All devices fed from these panels are to have an isolated ground. Receptacles are to be orange in color. 3. Light Fixtures and Occupancy Sensors submitted by Spectrum Lighting dated April 17, 2009 shall be considered equal.
