1. Action on a request by Beth Wheelock and the Neighborhood Action Team to
establish a community garden on a city-owned property located at 419
Rockport Road.
2. Action on a proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for
state and federal grants to acquire parkland. (File Res. No. 2008-494)
3. Authorization for the Administration to expend funds from the note issue
proceeds for aquatics.
4. Action on a proposed resolution authorizing a supplemental appropriation
